Most of our colleagues speak English.

If you don’t speak Dutch yet, or if English is difficult for you, we can always use translation devices. Don’t let the language barrier stop you from coming. The best way to learn is to practise!

Coming on your own?

You are very welcome. When you arrive, tell someone on our team that it’s your first visit. We can show you around, help you choose a game and explain how to join in.

Some tables have signs showing that other players are welcome to join. Not sure where to sit? Just ask us.

You don’t have to join a group straight away. Take your time and get to know the place.

Playing a game gives you something to do together and something to talk about. You don’t need (perfect) Dutch to join in. Many of our colleagues speak English, and we have lots of games without text on the cards or board. We can help you find a good place to start.

    What's your flavor?

          A different hobby?

Bolt Action is a miniature wargame that combines strategy with a hands-on hobby.

Do you like the WWII theme and strategy? Bolt Action is a great game and hobby. We play almost every Wednesday, and you can always take a look if you're curious. The people who play are really nice!
