An intergalactic Evil League seeks to take over the world and destroy humanity. One of its mysterious leaders, known only as the General, has two main weaknesses - delicious food and cute, fluffy panda bears! On this dastardly villain's precious days off from work, he heads to the zoo to gaze at the pandas. Their adorable faces just melt away all the stress of evildoing! But will his secret be jeopardized forever when a hero out to save the Earth catches him in the act?
